I have been taking lots of Salesforce certification exams lately. Due to Coronavirus pandemic, I am staying at home all day and I think I need to at least get something done during this unprecedented time, so I decided to take some Salesforce certification exams.

So far I have completed 4 exams since May 2020, approximately 2 weeks time is allocated for each exam preparation. For each certification that you passed, you will receive an email with the certification in pdf format attached. The Credential Id is used to verify credential, here is one from my most recent Salesforce certification:

My recent Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant Certification issued on June 20, 2020.

I realize that the Credential Id increases so much compared to the previously owned certification before this one.  The previous certification is issued on June 6, 2020:

My Service Cloud Consultant Certification issued on June 6, 2020.

If you subtract the Credential Id 21249915 from 21287165, you get a difference of 37250.

What does that mean? If the Credential Id is the number of each issued certification, then within two weeks' time, there are a total of 37250 certifications issued by Salesforce (globally). If we further divide it by 14 (2 weeks), we get an average of 2660, which indicates that there are 2660 certifications are issued every single day, and I was one of them on that day!

So, what are you waiting for? 😉

Feel free to reach out to me for any Salesforce certification related questions, I am happy to help out! Ciaoz!
